Rachael Ray Everyday Magazine
In the spring of 2017, I was approached by Rachael Ray Everyday Magazine to create a spot illustration for one of their articles for the July/August 2017 issue. The theme was deciphering all the different labels you may find on your grocery store steak or chicken (free-range, organic, etc). With direction from Erin Wengrovius, I presented them with a couple sketches. We ended up landing on an illustration of meat packaging with really vague and confusing food labels.
This was my first dive into the world of magazines & print! It was very rewarding.
